With growth comes change.With the passing of time and the completion of our repurposing of our Chapel werecognized the need for updating our policies regarding the use of ourfacilities. After careful consideration the Constitution and By-Laws RevisionCommittee has completed the compilation of our proposed Facilities Use Policy andWedding Policy.
There will be a Special Business Meeting on Wednesday, August 29,2018 at 6:00 PM in the Adult One assembly area to consider adopting thesepolicies. The Deacons have reviewed the policies and the motion to adopt themwill come with their support.
The intent is to update policies, that is some cases were writtenover twenty years ago, and to make the whole experience more user friendly forthose using the facilities and for those administering the policies.
