Do all Snugtop MGB hardtops a fit all years of the MGB? There is a 1968 advertised locally but I have a '75. If not, what MGB years are the same as my '75?

Should fit, true for the factory hard tops. Can you take your car as a test fit?
1974-1/2 Roadster, 'Bumble Bee', Corvette Yellow - in shambles, wire wheels
1976 Roadster, 'Virus', Sandglow - 'driver' condition (stock + 32/36 Weber DGEV, cast iron header, 25D distributor), bolt on wheels, ON the road!

It is a long way from me, and if it did not fit or needed anything for attachment, I could not get it home. I would prefer to pick it up in my truck. I'm waiting for an answer from the seller to my text, but some of the Snugtops had quarter windows and some did not (they are solid there). Does this indicate Midget vs. MGB or were these just different models/ styles?

Attached is a photo of the Snugtop. Note it has no quarter Windows like some Snugtops. The seller inherited it and does not know what years it fits or even if it is MG Midget or MGB. The serial number photo is blurry. Would that help me to identify it and if so how?

Measure the width at the base of the side window
Mgb is wider than midget
Snug no longer makes them and has no records of serial numbers
Looks like a b top
It will have a big blind spot
So if that bothers you take a pass
And hold out for a Factory works hardtop

I have a roll bar that my convertible top clears. Would it be a safe assumption that any hardtop would then also clear the roll bar?

I've attached an image of the back of a Snugtop. See how the rear edge curves inward slightly from the corners. The image you posted looks like an MG Midget top.
If a roll bar clears the soft top bows, its a fair bet that it will clear a Snugtop or factory top, as the rear of the top stays the same height as the front.

Yes, my Snug Top (hard top) has fit well on my 1977 MGB for 32 years and 79,000 miles.
I live north of Santa Barbara, and every morning I 'went to work', the temperature was at least 55 Deg F.
Not much colder than that in the Winter, because we were only a few miles from the Pacific Ocean at 65 Deg F.

I have a roll bar on my 71 B and the hard top easily clears the bar by easily i mean about and inch or two. I love my snug top it has a felt lining that knocks down the echo, muffles sound, and keeps heat in. Great to have in colder wetter climes.

Mark,
I think Kelvin is right about the diff between the B and the Midget. Below is a photo of a Snugtop I sold a few years ago that also shows the rear curve. You will notice that mine has the quarter lights and Kelvin's photo does not. So, the quarter lights do not indicate the diff, but I believe the rear curve does.

I have one like Kelvin only it's black. No quarter windows and I took a couple of measurements for you. With the top leaning up against the garage, I ran a tape measure along the centerline from the back to the front (underside of top) and came up with 53'. I also ran a tape from side to side at the back of the window opening and came away with 52'. Hope this helps.
I was addicted to the hokey pokey but I turned myself around.

I really love my Snug Top. It is on my car all winter and even at -10 C the interior stays warm and I can drive for hours in the winter. This not true of the rag top. Impossible to keep the interior warm in the winter. The main advantage of the Snug Top is the tempered rear window. No distortion and it is really large. Mine does not have the side windows but I do not miss them because of the large rear window.
I have included a few photos of mine that has been used for the last four winters. I cannot comment of the factory hard top as I have never seen one in person but I can say that I like the color and finish of the snug top. When mine arrived here the rubber seals were in bad condition. I built mine using old inner tubes. Took allot of rubber cement and some creative cutting but the seals around the windows are tight against the window and there is no noise. But then the snug top does make noise with squeeks and squawks from other places. I found the using rubber lub on the seal contact to the windshield and rear shelf stopped most of them.

Hmm, I would really recommend checking rollbar clearance. All rollbars are not created equal. And I have noticed that the packaway convertible top slopes up to a peak basically right above the roll bar area, just behind the seat back, while the Snug Top is more or less flat from front to back. The peak is definitely higher than the Snug Top inner height, although you have to subtract the frame tube diameter.
My Snug Top is the three window variety. It is not lined and has no provision for a liner. But Snug Tops are double-wall construction, so they are better insulated than Parrish or Smoothline tops, for example.
